hi,do u know the toll free number..i bought yesterday my mj,,the problem is i cant access my account when i sign in after i registered..then i check my yahoo email i cant access anymore...something wrong..maybe they blocked my emails
I dunno, but MagicJack works excellent for me. The only reason I don't use it much is because I depend on Google Voice for all my long distance calls. However, when out of town, and have internet access, it works quite well for me.
You're right about one thing. Their customer service does suck. Luckily, since it works well, I never had to call them very much.
what is the phone number for majic jack support,??? i have a big issue as well.... it let me register my majic jack, right.. thats cool, but it asks for you to confirm your account, where they send a code to your email, when i try to confirm my subscription it says this is not the account......

error ( 401 ) ANY help .
I uninstalled norton utility.
took down the fire walls.
worked for a few days. then ( error 401) AGAIN.

Simply take back to the store where you got it.
Ask for an exchange, take it home and before you try to install it
disable ( Explorer & Any other free music /games Apps )
then try it again .."same problem" use a different comptr. if it installs, then you have an issue with the original computer....Good-luck
