The one problem I have with this video is his guitar. The fret symbols are all dashes. Looks cool, just can't really tell the difference. This is my first tutorial and I hope to play this in the next week or so. Marty, next time you make a video please don't use this guitar. Hard on beginners.

to be honest, if you take this song really slowly, its quite easy, ive only been playing for a year and it was one of the first things i learnt. Just take it REALLY slow, like painfully slow, and make sure you use the right fingering, cos i tried with dodgy fingering and it just makes it harder in the long run. Try it slowly for a while then build it up once you know it slowly, and its all good.

volume nob or volume pedal (you pick) for the chords in verse and chorus. thats what makes the hazy phasy sound. and sometimes a chorus pedal for the lick during the later verses.
