It's a version of the Prey theme. It's different than the PC version of the theme, so I'm assuming it's the theme for Prey Mobile.

looks like another disaster by machine works. they did the port for duke nukem and it was on eof the worst games I have seen on java handsets. Very jerky and kept crashing on the SE K800. this one look slike a video froma Brew high end version. knowing their other games I wont be bying it!!
