  • Hi there, I made this today. My first time preparing Lor mai fun ever. Your recipe is great and the final taste is authentic. Reminds me of eating at a restaurant. I must add that I had to use more water than in your recipe as the rice was not cooked enough. The variables has got to be the temperature and the type/size of cooking utensil used. I also omitted the chicken stock and dried scallop. Still very yummy and tastes like restaurant food. Thank you for making this vi

  • I want to try to make this but i'm not sure about the steps to dry mushroom and dry scallops. how much water and how long i should dry them for to get there juices into cup? Thanks

  • @snazzysteveT Hi, the mushroom around 6 tbsp warm water, soak for 1 hour. For the dried scallops, around 5 thsp warm water also soak for an hour. ( is depending for the ingredients how big or small, maybe little more or less water, also the time ) Thank you that you will try my recipe. Have fun <3
