Have you ever played Ruby or Saphire? (did not look to see if you have) Ralts in the begining of the game takes at least 2 hours to run into and if you dont get it the first time it takes so much longer to find the next time!

Catch 'em all runs are actually helpful.

It takes more work but like when u get to harder times later in the game,if you have all of those pokémon then you can use of them at a hard time that has advantage.

butterfree is actually incredibly useful at the start of the game in pokemon yellow version because you get an electric type pokemon at the start.

@TheOneOwner I'm almost positive that Poke Dollars translates to Yen. Converted to US Dollar, or Euros, it isn't very expensive at all. So the money made there couldn't be much at all. So either the Poke Centers are robbing us, or they give our Pokemon cheap, illegal drugs.

Honestly if it weren't a video game I'd be a dick for doing this and since it is a video game a lot of people would consider me a dumbass for doing it, but I take a strategy like Gary in the anime. I train every species of Pokemon I can get to decent levels so I can switch them out and have a wider repertoire of options for important battles. This is somewhat pointless since usually a well-rounded group of six Pokemon can usually handle all opponents, but I just like to be prepared for anything.

It always pissed me of so bad at the hospitals that when my pokemon would all faint (which only happened on purpose because I wasn't a noob at these games) they are like *we hope to see you again* >.> gee, thanks. I wonder how many real hospitals say that when someone is walking out, *we hope you get brain cancer again so that we get more money* :D... Ya that wouldn't work out very well for the hospitals... Personally I don't understand how anyone could have there team faint on pokemon gameboy.

@speedddogg There was one time where I lost all the battles on purpose to see if the pokemon actually disliked you more, it was a long time ago but I'm pretty sure that they started to fall asleep in battle and doing random moves after I lost enough lol. But that was the only time I have EVER lost my whole team against anyone besides the elite four. I don't understand how anyone could lose all there team ether, at least before the elite four (specifically the last one)

@neoman121 speaking of which i actually do die alot on the elite for but not because i stink. for whatever reason even though i don't run from battles i don't use repels i try to fight every trainer i see i'm ussually broke when i get there and my pokemon are underleveled. so i take them to the elite for anyways and not only train them but get money also not using any items so i don't waiste money

@speedddogg I would always never spend anything until I got to the elite four and would by tons of max potions and revives and then I would get my pokemon to at least level 60-75 before using any just to be sure that I could win.
