The graphics could have definetely been better on the Wii. For some reason Vicarious Visions and Activision felt the Wii version should have PS2 graphics? Psh. The Wii could at least pull off near-Xbox360 graphics for Guitar Hero. Hopefully it will have some good graphics in Guitar Hero 4, like it should!
You can also use a 2nd Wiimote to play without a guitar. Playing with a Wiimote is pretty hard, but the good thing is you can play Co-Op career with the No Fail cheat. (for some reason it works on Co-Op career)
No they don't, there's not a lot of good games for it, but it's technologically impressive. It's just a matter of opinions though, I have no problem with it. And Just like you, I'm expressing my opinion.

You need to play through Co-Op Career mode to unlock Suck My Kiss, Reptilia, Cities On Flame With Rock & Roll, Sabotage, Monsters, and Helicopter.

You need to play through Co-Op Career mode with a friend. Since I'm on the Wii, I let my friend use a Wiimote on Easy/
Or you could use the Unlock All Songs cheat code.
