  • yummy it was when i tryed it thank you Mr.

  • @jamjamrocks1 Glad you liked it!!!

  • Delicious I have made this before and I'm about to make it again today. Thanks for posting.

  • @ComyaBee Yep, it's about time to do this again at our house...

  • Mmmmm I usually just use the dry italian salad dressing mix, but gonna try these seasons instead; sticking w/peppers in tho, & wanna try "gardeneros"? I saw them on another vid. Lol it'll be my youtube italian beef.

  • "...and Dayum Good"

    Looks to be...

And nicely done, but I would call it more of a French Dip than an Italian beef...

    IB is sliced not shredded...

  • wow you can tell this guy aint from chicago

  • @SSCHISOX Correct. However, I am familiar with the traditional Chicago sandwich. Been there many times. This is a beef sandwich with Italian seasonings.

  • @BBQMyWay it might not be the italian beefs im used to but it looks very tasty.....good job.

  • o jus....really????

  • @dezyslobster Totally.

  • I'm sorry but you should be teaching people how to make a traditional IB, not your own sandwich.

  • @flipytrick1 This is a beef sandwich with Italian seasonings. What would you call it?

  • @BBQMyWay It's close, but your missing three HUGE recipes: Provolone or mozzarella on top of sandwich or inside of bread, you must use french bread hoagie bread is an ok substitute but if you want to baste the whole sandwich it will fall apart, and of course the infamous jardinera. Difficult to find, but it is an unquestionable recipe to top the beef…but those onions sound good too. Replace the wine with beef broth and you'll create a sandwich that will bring tears to your friend's eye's.

  • @flipytrick1 Thanks for the feedback.

  • @BBQMyWay It's close, but your missing three HUGE recipes: Provolone or mozzarella on top or inside the bread, french bread (you can use hoagie bread, but if you want to baste the whole sandwich it will fall apart), and the unquestionable giardiniera relish...those onions sound good too though =P. Replace the wine with beef broth and you will have created a beast of a sandwich.

  • @BBQMyWay oh I see I just want to know thought hehe well it's nice that you could still remember it's label. But I would recommend you that you should age your bottle for at least 2 - 3 years to make it even taste better, y'know what I'm saying?

  • @ToyamaMatsuki Thanks...

  • @ToyamaMatsuki Doesn't work that way. Once it's bottled, the aging process comes to a stop.

  • what year and grape has the red wine contain?

  • @ToyamaMatsuki It was a Merlot, and probably the same year the video was made. I'm not much of a wine snob.

  • 2:32 pululluluulululllul-oil-on-em!

  • you may not have called it 'Chicago Style', but Italian beef sandwiches originated in Chicago, and therefore would all be Chicago style. Your sandwiches look delicious BTW.

  • @deeprose4 I never knew a simple crock pot recipe would cause so much debate! They were delicious. Thanks for stopping by.

  • @BBQMyWay I suppose us native Chicagoans are very 'protective' of our native foods! Well I may very give your recipe a bash this weekend. Thanks

  • @deeprose4 I love Chicago.

  • FANTASTIC!!! You Rule!

  • @CrazyMcMuffins Thank You!

  • @26Deacon Did I say it was Chicago style?

  • @BBQMyWay all beefs are Chicago style

  • @BBQMyWay thats not chicago style btw i've live in chicago all my life chicago style italian beef is made only with giardiniera peppers and the meat which is always top sirlion butt and there is also no onions in it.

  • @chirrr Never in the video do I claim in is "Chicago" Italian beef sandwich. I have been to Chicago many times and have had the authentic Chicago sandwich. I use Italian style seasonings with this recipe, therefore the name.

  • this is the second video i've seen of shredded beef instead of sliced beef, i though italian beef sandwiches were supposed to be sliced beef.

  • @dve8692 It uses Italian seasons, and it is DELICIOUS. I rest my case.

  • Italian Beef Sandwiches should not contain cheese. Nor should the buns be sliced in half, but instead, stuffed full from one side.

  • Looks good not bad.

  • I'm sure the sandwich is very nice, but what is supposed to be Italian that?

  • @spoonballs The term "Italian Beef" refers to a sandwich originating from Chicago in the Italian neighborhoods -- though they're popular all over the city and the surrounding areas. The meat is basically prepared like this but they're served with Giardiniera and Italian sweet peppers. Also cheese is not the 'traditional Italian beef" style.

  • I just started culinary school in September and the amount I've learned in 3 months is phenomenal. Definately gonna try this puppy, thanks for posting, BTW, a tiny pich of salt on your onions helps extract some of their sweetness

  • Just had it again two days ago. Delicious!!!

  • That looks absolutely delicious. I recently got a crock pot and I'm finding that it's like one of the best inventions since the wheel, or possibly even fire.

  • I totally love the crock pot.

  • Now that is a roast beef sandwich done right. Yum!

  • Yep. Doing them this week as a matter of fact!

  • Wanna have us over? ;)

  • Long way to travel for a beef sandwich!

  • I can't wait to try it! Thanks.

  • We are fixing them tonight, ironically enough. Trust me, you will love them. Thanks for stopping by.

  • i made italian beef sandwiches last night 4 my party. they were a big hit as always. 1 of my favorite things 2 eat.

  • Glad you like them! Thanks for stopping by.

  • Im sure you do. Like I said no offense. A tender pot roast sandwich is awesome.

  • No offense taken. Thanks for stopping by!

  • No offense taken. Thanks for stopping by.

  • Nice pot roast poor boy with swiss but lets not call this anything resembling Italian Beef ok? Wrong cut of meat. Top Sirloin is typically used cooked with garlic juice and of course Italian spices. Sliced paper thin. No offense. It does look good though.

  • I'm very familiar with traditional Italian beef sandwiches. I have consumed many while in Chicago.

  • mmhmm.....that was soooo easy and looks so gooooooooood......got me STARVING, im gonna go get all that and make it today....lol

  • I am making it myself this week! Thanks for stopping by.
