  • Man, I miss forms like these! Good solid techniques with enough flair to wow the judges. This is the problem with XMA and wushu, no more real basics... aiya. No disrespect to any one who does either arts, I have done wushu myself in the past and find myself liking the traditional as I get older.

  • Sah bum nim Eric never warmed up to me for some reason :(

Me and Mr. Park were good buddies though. I miss that school it was the greatest time of my life.

  • wow, where did Eric go? He basically raised me through my TKD days.

  • Eric is at Ray Longo Martial Arts in Garden City. The school is on Comercial drive off Clinton St.If going toward Rosevelt Fields, make the first rite before going over tracks. If going towards Hempstead on clinton, make first left after the tracks.Eric is good people.

  • He was good back in the day. He always was a great instructor. You can never take that away from him.

  • Erics the man. i see him almost every day.

  • Nice job Eric

  • He's my Tae Kwon Do instructor now!

  • Eric is real good by any standard! I'm just so used to John Chung's crispness in his kicks...Wonder if there are any vidoes of John in his heyday, circa 1976 to 1985, Battle of Atlanta or Mid America Diamond Nationals...Long Beach, Texas, et al...

  • WOW! I have seen so many TKD videos this has to be the best

  • yes he is

  • That was my forms coach from 1995-2002 - he rules.

  • I had Eric San Jose from John Chung TKD as an instructor in the 90's, he was a class act all the way. Is he still teaching?
