EJ looks athletic as balls and has tons of potential. . . but after watching some of john wall's video's I sorta wish we stuck it out and tryed to get him, he was apparently pretty upset that we took EJ. John Wall is at a different level, he's better then derrick rose, he is INSANELY GOOD. Both will be good but only one will be great.

You could look at it another way. While the (potential, at this point) loss of Wall could be seen as disappointing for KU, EJ will likely not be a one-and-done like Wall. Which means KU could two or three productive years out of EJ. KU didn't need a great point guard this year--they already have Collins. They need someone for the future. KU is probably better off in the long-run with EJ. But yeah, "in the long run" doesn't win you a championship--you need to be ultra stacked in a single year.
