  • You lost me

  • What kind of mask is that? And where can I find one?

  • Spando at Ebay or at your nearby terrorist military supply store.

  • what's with the mask and gloves - is that really necessary??

  • i wanna see your face or your gentialia

  • Haha, that's bad.

  • I think you should look more into fiat currency and interest. I find those factors harder to contend with than any. They are robbing us of our future.

  • Along with being one of the most powerful systems of trade there is, the paper currency system is also one of the most fragile and sensitive.

    Rob them right back, haha.

  • Well, it's very hard to compete with the overseas labor. Either the government has to raise the minimum wage, or they're going to have to find a way to enforce their trading partners to give their employees minimum wage too (yeah, right). They seem to be seeking a pseudo-protectionism policy.

  • well you can go the other way as well. why don't we get paid so called "slave wages" and the prices of the products in this country could come down?

how many raises in minimum wages do we need to make everyone happy? if we raise the minimum wage to $20/hr today, does that mean there will never be an increase again?

  • Let me think about that. If the wages of 100 million people go down to 10 cents a hour, then all of us cannot pay our rents and mortgages and Real Estate will either tank or that business will be destroyed altogether by 100m protesters. Certain businessness must go extinct just like Schiff argues, and Real Estate should be one of those failures, in my opinion.

And I think $20 a hour increase would be a start. It could reach as high as a Billion/hour along with eggs.

  • lol i don't know if you're joking with that. it seems you're joking around with the probable doom and gloom scenario that might happen in America.

  • wages wont go to a dim/hr, because noone will work for that low. The wage wil go up, until theres someone who think its worth it

  • Thats like the argument of if someone sell 1L milk at $100, that its not fair to force ppl to pay that amount, maybe we need government to interfere. No, noone will buy milk at $100/L. It will keep going down until someone decide its worth it.

Supply/demand drive prices the same way it does wages

  • Of course no one would buy milk for $100 a liter UNLESS his wages were increased to at least $200 an hour. The only people who could afford it, would be the government employees who feed off of the government printing press. I believe Hitler gave everyone raises when he came to power. Besides, I was exaggerating, haha.

  • After the slaves were freed, they had to 'compete' for wages with other slaves. This lowered labor costs. Even today, you'll find slaves that are will to work for a low 'starting wage' with the hope that they will make more in the future. Of course, you are right. There would be a revolution in this country if we were earning a dime an hour and expected to pay a $2500 mortgage.

  • dude i love this guy what we need to do is start a list of people that will say on 1 spicific day just do not pay there mortgage or rent and if enough people do it then it will through a fuck in the system and maybe every one else will catch on and start to do it too. so rampage start a sign up sheet for your no house payment for a month.

  • Haha, sure. The idea here is that we would have protection groups to back each other up. Right now, I have zero backup in order to do that. Without reinforcements, it's pointless. However, I am keeping an eye out for someone in the neighborhood who is having problems. Oh, where to start?
