Hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy lost a lot of weight with it.

haha yeah it is a great way to loose weight. although there are a lot of ways i would much rather loose it.lol o another weird thing that happens to me if when i throw up my face breaks out in what looks like freckles.someone else told me that they were broken blood vessels tho.

this makes a lo of sence,my acid reflux is so bad that sometimes i throwing up blood at night.for a while i was throwing up every night for a week or so straight.but i been on meds and on a strict diet for a while so this was helpfull.=]

I have chest pain a lot and I'm only 21. I have trouble eating cause of stress problems. Thanks for the advice I want to go to the doctor but he loves to give me medicine. I want to avoid taking medicine. Hopefully I can change my diet and be healthier;
