If you are not doing this it may help if you are not over exposing your screens. I wet both sides of the screen for about 5-10 seconds then let it sit for one min to soften. then repeat the same process letting it soften for one min between wetting. I do this 2 to 3 times before actually blasting it out with the hose. seems to work well.
also, be careful with your pressure washer as mine (Karcher) developed a leak and cannot be used indoors now...nice washout rack, need to make one :)

@SacredEffect Currently I use a Campbell Hausfeld 1800 psi pressure washer. It works great on the tough screens.
