Hi and thanks for the video. It is very helpful. I am wondering if after some time if I add new column to the list, do I need to create recreate the form again and hide the not required columns? or is it possible to just add this newly added additional column in a seperate table row?
One last thing to add is, how would one add a newly added column, to their custom NewForm.aspx or the like? That is the other struggle I am facing. Thanks!
I think you can add new fields to the form after they're created, but I haven't had too much luck with that, either. Unfortunately the only thing that I was able to do is to delete the web part and add it again. If I get more information on how to add the new fields manually, I'll post a follow-up video.
Thanks for this tutorial. I have followed several and yours is very helpful.
One item I know gets discussed ad nauseam that maybe you could address is why Attachments don't work when using this method. Any luck with that? Thanks again-
To be honest with you, I too haven't had any luck with getting attachments to work with a custom form. From what I was able to research, I haven't seen too many people have a lot of luck with that, either.
Between 5.53 and 6.15 went so quick couldn't quite catch any of what you did, but apart from that good tutorial :-)
