  • I still haven't quite recovered from the 90's.

  • 21 years ago wow.......anyone feeling old people.

  • Never could stand that fucking moron Mr Cee. A great track ruined by this rapping twat.

  • STAGE 4 Start!!!

  • @GlennnD Grand uppa!!!!!

  • Colin and Mr C...wickeeeeeed!!!!

  • how hopped up was MrC on this? awesome

  • why cant we have this level of sincerity anymore on TOTP -people at the edge, taking risks. I love this tune

  • I used to LOVE the Shamen...did not have a clue what they were on about ,but as a ten year old, thought they were IT.....)

  • @kindakooky1 they are still -IT! ;)

  • Crap...I used to LOVE the Shamen....)

  • I'm sorry, this was a GREAT track at the time, but lets drop the ass-kissing... this version sounds TERRIBLE, Mr C sounds like a total div, his MC'ing sounds weak and forced, and the vocalist is offkey. I'm cringing.

  • @stuporstar Weak and forced? You kidding me? Mr. C was the strongest part of this performance!

  • I love Mr. C! He's so fun and energetic!

  • R.I.P. Will Sin.

  • Great vocals ........! Lol

  • The female dancer is now my english teacher

  • @MercBranding Do you have proof?

  • wonder who was doing the bird.

  • @deano8718 She is now my english teacher

  • RIP Will Sin, Aberdeen lad sadly missed

  • Crikey Mr C with a good head of hair..

  • So much of TOTP is lip synced. How is it that this, of all songs, is performed live? Awesome!

  • God bless them all!

  • I like the Shamen and KLF - both rock !

  • Great tune and the shamen were at there peak with this, good that they sung it live. rip will sin

  • class tune :):):)

  • The singer reminds me of Jez from Peep Show.

  • @BigFatHarry

    Mr. C? The rapper?

  • @BigFatHarry

lol - he does actually. Both heavily influenced by the Orgazoid too.

  • Do you have any "iggers" in Europe? I thought there were orignal to America cause there a lot of of those out here.

  • @girlie347 there is guitar on the track, its been put through a gated processor controlled by a synth. Vocals aint great true best song they did was LSI with Cheryl Melder on vocals.

  • Witnessed this live @ Feilté1993 Thurles County Tipperary Ireland....thanks Yosir for the flying Keys !

  • Mr C was f**kin hilarious....little talent but..f**k the guy gave it LARGE when it came to enthusiasm as the geezer above says...it was a shame and tragic the bass player drowned prior to their success...very sad

  • nicky campbell introducing a record just takes all its street cred away haha

  • More or less street cred than :

Michaela Strachan or Pete Waterman ?

The Hitman and Her ! LOL....

In the days before Internet saturation....

  • And what's with all those late 80s/early 90s bands wearing circular shades? That's pretty cool actually, i have a pair myself (not a Lennon fan though)

  • Ahh Mr C, far from the best rapper around but you've gotta love his enthusiasm.

I can move move moooove and mountain

  • Will Sin RIP in peace.

    ITALY loves SHAMEN...

I remember being at a Shamen live in Monza (Milan), winter 1987...GREAT!

    xx

  • Mr C used to get on my tits.

  • I remember this performance because I was so impressed that they mentioned being on Top of the Pops in the lyrics.

Fantastic group and a great song.

  • Utterly fantastic live, great song. RIP Will Sin

  • Great tunes, great times. Loved the early

    90's.

  • This is one of the few instances where singers/groups do not lip-syn on TOTP, that's kinda cool!

Brilliant song - one of my fav dance tracks of all time!

  • @ykmsp Actually in the early 90s all acts sang LIVE on TOTP

  • @maxihadda that's not quite right; acts usually mimed until the 'new format' of Top Of The Pops (TOTP) was broadcast in late 1991. I seem to recall reading in the music press that artists were strongly urged to sing and perform live.

This live performance (and the live performance they made on TOTP two weeks earlier) in 1991 was, at the time, quite uncommon

Goodness knows when TOTP reverted back to miming, though!

  • lol 90's
