  • @SamyRF EVERY professional fast scratch sounds sick.

  • Hey wassup Dirty Digits. Great tutorial dude. I think i've nailed the skratch but slow. When i try to do it fast, it just sounds a mess. Guess its practise practise practise!

I see you have other tutorials i.e. Boomerang & Autbahn etc .... any more available? I agree with some of the other comments saying, good teacher , easy to understand!

  • Good Teacher. I always understand Digits instructions!

  • AHHHHHHH....SALSA!!!!!!

  • @joeycost When you going slow its fine to move your whole arm, but when you go for the speed its always in the wrist. try to focus on staying as lose as possible. if you tense up to much your just gonna get tired quickly.

  • I never comment on tutorials, I have 2 now tho, you really understand your stuff and you make alot of sense. Keep it up. I would goto your school if I was in NY to train 4 sure.

  • @tron69snipes But Digits is not talking about Salsa????

  • @djsuga hes talking about your mom bitch!

  • is it the same if you leave the fader open after the transforms? as i dont seen the need to close the fader as you are back at the start of the sample...

  • @mrdan1210 you could apply the same question to many other scratches. It keeps the sounds clean and distinct.

  • he scratches the same side I do (opposite of everyone else lol) helps me A LOT

Thanks From DJ HABIT (Lou Habit) Bay Area CA.

  • Word. This is the latest kut I've been workin on. Cool to see a tutorial on it. I think it sounds a bit better to start a little further into the sample though just like when doing a boomerang. Also for me I like to think of it as a set of 2 babies in a row then repeat. I find you get more of an accent at the start of each repitition that way.

  • dirty digits rocks. really easy to follow. keep them coming! - Short-e
