Well, what kind of phone was it? If it's a touchscreen and you get internet with it, you made the right decision. Otherwise, the Zune can do everything that phone can.

Yep! if you download pics onto the mp3, then you can set ANY of those pics as a wallpaper. I am going to get one, a pink one in 4GB. That is the coolest thing about them I would say.

It is possible to get iTunes music onto a Zune.

Just create a new playlist with iTunes and fill it with music until you have 72 min. of music. Then burn a disc with that playlist. Rip the songs to mp3 on Windows Media Player and the music can now be transferred to your Zune

Zunes are awesome man, I just like how different they are from the iPod's. You finally have an MP3 player than can compete with iPod on certain levels and not require iTunes to transfer music. Just use WMP 11 and you are done.

Yes, limewire and iTunes both work with Zune. I have a 30gb Zune and I use both limewire and iTunes for it. I havnt bought anything from the Zune marketplace yet. But iTunes videos are hard to convert.
