blizzard is more money hungry than microsoft
i have been playing wow on my buddy"s account, and thought it was kinda fun
so i looked up how much it would cost to start an account of my own
with the expansions, it was over $100
and then $15/month
$25 to transfer a character
blizzcon tickets are something like $140
even just to watch it online

It's really hard to get in. Even journalists who were invited to cover Starcraft 2 had a hard time getting past security.
