I moved to the U.S. Virgin Islands following a visit that my wife and I made here at the request of one of our children who was suffering from incurable cancer. Workdem- when I was down there Roger Morgan could barely afford his car payment each month, money isn't the great motivating factor.
It is scary that these are the people leading the government, responsible for educating and caring for its citizens.
