  • Are you doing the lemonade concoction only? The only thing I'm worried about with doing this is the muscle loss/lean muscle loss you get from not getting all of the proper nutrients while on the cleanse. You may be getting some but not enough. I heard that after not having those nutrients your metabolism is working slower because of the muscle loss and you tend to store more fats when you get off of the cleanse cause of improper nutrients.

  • I saw another girl's video who tried it. She just used the maple syrup to sweeten her tea to give it flavor. Instead of using the whole 1 and 1/2 cup of it in the lemonade she used 1 cup in the lemonade and the 1/2 for her teas. She still lost weight. You sound like you're doing it well, though. You lost 7 pounds already and you're not even following the whole diet. But you still didn't say what all you r following.

  • Since your 1st video on the cleanse I've been searching other videos and I went to the actual master cleanse website and found that you have to use non-iodized sea salt. I think there is something else you can do if you don't like the salt water but I don't remember what it is. And for the tea...
