Haha I had a lady one time in the morning where I asked her if it was ok to call someone for a UPC for a pair of shoes and she said "I have no choice, my son is in the hospital". You selfish stupid bitch if you really cared about your son then you should go straight to the hospital from home instead of going to the store and buying shoes with no tag then act like you genuinely care.

It's really true. There are idiots that bring in their prescriptions and have no clue what their insurance is.

I had a customer that refused to fill an information sheet so we could enter their name, birthday, address and allergies into the computer. He yelled at my tech and said "just fill the damn prescription.)

I guess he wanted us to just hand over some random pills unlabelled like M&M's and send him on his merry way. Sadly, if anything goes wrong he'd be suing us.
