This is a Dr. Böhm (Boehm) organ clearly identyfied as of the types of labels and knobs used. Back in the 70ies a friend of mine did assemble a smaller version of a Dr. Böhm organ.

A reed organ cannot produce a whole octave of glissando (glide) as heard in the video. To my knowledge only two brands had such a feature: Wersi and Dr. Böhm - both German brands. Based on what I have seen I would say that this is a Dr Böhm organ.

That is most likely a reed organ. AFAIK Hammond is the only company to ever produce a tonewheel organ. Reed organs have air chambers which move air past reeds to produce a sound that's then modulated and waveshaped......
