This is without a doubt my favorite ride in all of Disneyworld besides Sorin' Over California. I just love everything about this ride. I adore classic movies like the ones featured in the ride. Singin' In The Rain and The Wizard Of Oz are my two favorites. :) Hollywood Studios is the best! :)

@Nailsdewed Actually, I think that was another part of Indiana Jones before entering Tarzan. The movies in the ride are Footlight Parade, Singin' In the Rain, Mary Poppins, Gangster films, Western films, Alien, Raiders of the Lost Arc, Tarzan, Casablanca, Fantasia, and The Wizard of Oz.

But (here's the scary part) the alien ent off track and was riding in the ride with me! It was freaky! I have the year long pass for Disney World, we go there.... 20 times a year, and everytime, we cap off the day at The Great Movie Ride, and my dad knows one of the maintenace people and I got to walk through the ride when the lights were on to see all the detail, it was amazing

The cast members working this are always a riot. I rode it recently and my sister was in a snit because of the wait time and because it wasn't her pick and our gangster said "What are YOU looking at?" and when she replied "Not very much." he responded with "I will trade you for a good gun, moll."
