learn to do a cartwheel (au in capoeira) then experiment from there one hand no hand maybe join a capoeira class like me

i am not with a group. i highly recommend working on your foundation before you focus on flips. a well trained capoeirista can tell who is expereicned and who isn't based solely on their ginga. =)

capoeira doesn't have "forms". But you knew that, right. : )

but there are different styles right? When I was in bahia(sp?) it looked alot different from this video.

capoeira has evolved a lot since it was first legalized, over seventy years ago. bahia has a lot of capoeira angola, which is slower and played lower to the ground, among other differences. there are many capoeiristas in brasil that use these moves. trust me, that is where i learned them! capoeira is a much broader art form than most people realize.
