hm i want brionac, and i love that with my ice barrier deck, you always manage to piss the other player off if you have your complete lockdown and a backup torrential tribute-good old dai sojo-they always really get annoyed

i run ice barriers n this isnt a bad deck, running grunard wouldnt be a bad idea because with magic triangle u can ss grunard, summon, then extra normal another ice barrier n either xyz or sync from there

by the way bro, you can summon Trishula by using defender as the tuner, along with secret guards and strategist as the non tuners. you can also replace strategist with any of your other level 4 ice barriers, like samurai or dance princess. you could even use a level 4 ice barrier, flip penguin soldier to bouce monsters, then summon defender and sync that way! XD

also, great deck bro. good to see some creativity around here in the Yu-Gi-Oh world!

I made the whole ice barrier deck for free :) my buddy quit playying and gave me some good old school stuff which i then traded for ice barrier stuff i love how they are only hollows when you brimg the deck out ppl are always in awe :) just wish i could holo out spells and traps but they dont make all the ones i use in hollow it sucks

Gravity bing makes barriers a bitch but id make sure to do a trunade so when you have your oppurtunity to attack with your heavy hitters not obly is gravity bind back in your hand but your oppenent has no back field to defend with

Hey let me ask. What do you guys think of using Mausoleum of the Emperor in this deck? I have put it in and it has worked quite well so far actually. Letting me summon Gantala on turn one quite easily.

I really like the monster build of this deck. I would probably swap a Strategist for either another Dai-sojo , Samurai or Secret Guards for either a tad more protection or another draw engine in Samurai. If you have Stumbling and Mantala on the field with a Samurai in the grave it will let you draw at the end of every turn. I'm also thinking of swapping out that Cryomancer for an Ice Mistress. Because her ability is better in my oppinion. It doesn't stop you from attacking. And, level 2 tuner.

@BrianGGee Yeah true. I use Defender as well though. But I'm really trying to find a way of making Ice Barrier's competitive. The only way I can think of now is a low level swarm and syncro spam. Throwing out Dewark and Defender and Guards and all relatively easilly and then just either get a lockdown going with Dewark hitting directly every turn or get out loads of Syncro's. But I really want to use the big monsters because there awesome.

If there was a way of swarming for them.....

@SeishinBunretsu When Preacher comes out, it'll make it a lot easier since hes basically a monster reborn.

@BrianGGee The fact that Preacher is a monster reborn isn't that good. We have Gantala for that. The thing that will make him essential is his effect to special summon him if you control an Ice Barrier monster. That imediately gives you field prescense and will give a lot of your monsters their effects. Plus it means you have good tribute fodder for next turn to get out bigger monsters.

im making an ice barrier too and damn xD i was always thinking about what to do to get more hand advantage and morphing jar is a great idea! :D thx ^^ also about princess how you said its difficult to use her eff since you need another ice barrier on the field, you could try using water hazard like AngryWings has said ^^ can get out princess and defender out first turn :3 thx for uploading ^^ was very helpful

Water Hazard is a decent card, but I didn't like it when I tested the deck. I only wish it didn't have the lvl 4 or lower restriction, otherwise it would definitely be staple for Ice Barriers.

@VirusZero0140 Total cost is around $40 for the main deck. The hidden arsenal supers go for 50 cents each and the secrets are $1-$2 each. The only trouble is searching for all of them.
