@BlueDeathFire when it first came out it didnt have very much attention but after it ended the fanbase that did pay attention (myself proudly included) exploded with pride and excitement over the series and quickly recomended it to every single person we know and its just erupted that way. So yes when it was first made ttgl wasnt very popular.

when it comes to amvs man its not about the music so much as the editing you know, thats my beef wit rock editors, they automatically shun videos just because they feel like its "unproper" to use rap wit anime, and this is a good video you got here

I already did Clint Eastwood by the Gorillaz which is somewhat rap but I had fun with that and I will do it again, you have my word.

Music is what MAKES an AMV.... Editing also very important, but if you have a bad song, or a song that doesn't fit the anime, it won't work. No matter how good the editing is, it'll best be mediocre imo. Song choice is critical. ;D

thats exactly what i'm saying, but when i said music i meant genre, some people say, especially rock & roll fans, they automatically shit on the AMV because the editor used rap, i don't think thats right thats what i meant by that
