gov. patterson seems like a decent man who obviously took his time to learn about the world that he could not see.

OMG! I nearly spit out my soup when she said "...we wouldn't have this country if it weren't for the slaves that built it". Give me a break! Slaves did a lot of work in this country because they had no choice. Without slaves the country would have still been built - albiet at a slow rate and a much greater cost but to draw the conclusion that the country wouldn't exist, is really quite foolish.

There are still plenty of Africans in Africa and that country is a dump. Any more questions?!
