I don't know what class these trucks are, but if they're not a limited class, their horsepower is more in line with 3 times 1500.

In terms of doing work, a skyline couldn't run with a stock 15 liter cummins with 500-600 horsepower for more than a few seconds. It'd turn into a cheap alloy melted pile at what one of those motors could do without breaking a sweat.
