I'm into the rock/scene/punk culture like the music and the way they dress but I also LOVE rap music. You can catch me listening to N.E.R.D, LMFAO, Lil' Wayne when he became a "rocker", Eminem, Asher Roth, MCR, Good Charlotte, Hollywood Undead, Gun's N Roses, No Doubt, Run DMC ect.
Most modern bands are not real rock as such but some of the music is good. I grew up listening to The doors Hendrix LedZep Iggy Velvet, Underground Xray Specs, Frapton etc
Its not really the clothes that people object to its more of the elitest attitude people give off and making people feel bad for not dressing the right way when going to a gig, when the person they are slagging off has seen the band more times than they have,and thats just pathetic.

A coupla songs come out, a coupla collaborations between hip-hp artists and rock bands (e.g. Jay-Z and Linkin' Park, Busta and Linkin' Park) and all of a sudden they're downloading all these other rock songs and saying how much they love linkin park and other rock songs. It really pisses me off.
