1. It's the novelty of the experience.

2. After a few dozen flights - not much, many very seasoned travelers do not eat in-flight or eat in small portions, or bring their own.

2. Extra salt and spice are needed because of the pressure difference.

3. I could see food reducing stress among some fliers.

4. Booze soda and junk food - just like on Earth.

5. I've had good meals & bad meals, in-flight, I'd just assume get where I'm going & eat somewhere nice there.

They have the worlds OLDEST fleet operating, one after the other has started failing- 3 emergency landing in a couple of weeks, nose landing gear failure, everything is happening - QANTAS has ran out of luck now

The best airline in the world (when it existed) was PAN AM. You didn't need some bullshit skytrax false servey to know that. They pioneered most of the safety procedures used today served Maxim's of Paris (first class)aswell as Petrossian caviar and vintage champagne and there was no equal. Today the best are Cathay, Emirates and Singapore Airlines. The problem with Qantas is that Australians do not like to serve people. You know what I am talking about.

I flew qantas from hong kong to sydney 2 weeks ago and teh service was appaling. Firstly we were delayed 25 hours dues to plane needing maintanance but engineers on strike (clearly 2 weeks later instead of anohter delay they just flew anyway putting all those lives in risk). Then the replacement plane in flight entertainment didnt work after they had been boasting about how it was new and best in the world. Ive flown Singapore for 10 years with out problem and who have far better quality service

3. You`re talking up your bum when you say we & not that experienced, We are the OLDEST airline and have an unequal safety record which is MUCH BETTER RECORD THAN KLM, EVERYONE AGREES WITH THIS!

4. KLM is a 3 star airline, QANTAS is rated higher at 4 stars! ( according to SKYTRAX)

5. KLM isnt buying or ordering any A380`s anyway, so atleast QANTAS is buying sum (20 aircraft). & the interior, i think service and safety are far more important which are qualities qantas upholds!!

KLM HAS NEVER STOPPED SERVICE! In WWII they simply moved their hub to England and operated from there. Skytrax is BULLSHIT also becuz they even say sucky Air France is 4 * but they arent! KLM doesn't need the A380 and that doesnt make an airline better if they have a type of aircraft. The interior is so sucky on all Qantas flights.Qantas may have a better safety record but thats it only at rare times you get good service. Save your $ fly SQ. KLM IS THE WORLD'S OLDEST AIRLINE! Qantas wasn't always called Qantas before its jst and abbreviation therefore KLM is the oldest. Qantas is not even that experienced! Their new A380 interior sucks and at least KLM is reliable, operates out of one of the best hubs, Has a very modern fleet, Professional employees, and competitive pricing. Qantas however tries to charge you as much as they can and they don't even have such a strong product. SQ would be better to fly in that area.
