The question is flawed right from the start. Who created the sun, moon and stars? What makes you think it was created? Perhaps there are other explanations? Are you sure you have evaluated all the other options?If you start from a wrong position, your conclusion will be flawed as well. The best question in this case is: How did the universe come into existence? How did life into existence? These are not unknowable mysteries. We understand how life developes and how stars form.

The story of a creator who knows all, makes his creation susseptible to mistakes, puts them in a world and lets the devil have influence on his creation, and the only sing/help he gives them is a book at just one place in the entire world, a book that can be interpreted in a million different ways, can apprently be only really understood in one laguage. Its not about seeing then believing. There is no reason to believe that a god exits.
Just because we don't know exactly how the universe came to be, that does not mean that you can fill in that gap with what ever fairy tale that most appeals to you (or at least, it does not make it any more true).
