  • It's like she's speaking to me! I just know it!

  • HOW DO YOU DO THIS I THINK YOUR ACTUALLY NOT HUMAN

  • how do you make these awesome animations?? :)x

  • This is an unique way to vlog. I like it.

  • Amazing! Do you disign and create all the animations yourself?

  • @Sakon85 Thank you! Yes i do.

  • how do you make these?

  • Ah, go figure we meet again all the sudden. Well, I seem to have built up a tolerance for the stuff, but tea works best (no hangover in the morning). Chamomile 600mg, Tilla Estrella 160mg, Valerian (root) 25mg. yea yea, you can shout tyler durden all you want, it works. Hot water, seep for 5 min (or you can look for it in the store. good luck there) - don't eat it.

  • i have it right now is 3 AM i can't sleep

i know how you feel for me it happens every night

i am not sure what to do,have try many things too

  • Self hypnosis works for me. Or having a kid. Either of those works.

  • I sleep like a corpse. However, on those rare nights when I cannot sleep I'll read an especially boring book like an economics textbook or an awful book (anything from R. L. Stine would do).

Forcing myself to watch bad television also works for me. The Weather Channel, HSN, or Naruto would fit the bill.

P.S. I hope your interview went well.

  • ok / milk and vodka does not sound appertizing, but a common warm up beverage over here is hot milk, honey and rum - enjoy!!!

and a little hint from my dear hubby - try sex - enjoy!!!

combination of both should work I would say ;-)

  • lol, Vodka and Milk. Never tried that but, maybe it will work for me. I've been on Tylenol PM and they seem to work fine. But I can never sleep on normal hours. I guess I'm just used to sleeping at 5 in the morning. X_ X

  • おお何これ!?

I can't sleep neither. even I am tired

    so anoying.

  • Stupid fucker.

  • Aww :(...

  • You could live on a farm in NZ and count all the sheep there!

  • @katmcdowell Sure, i'll try that! Not for the sleep, but for the trip to NZ ^^

  • @katmcdowell I swear, if I have to count one more frigging sheep... ;)

  • On an average night I get around 4 hours of sleep, I've seen many doctors about my sleeping problems and there's very little that works. My best tip is routine; find/pick something that does relax you and make it something you always do when you want to unwind before sleep. I picked camomile tea. I always drink some in the evening about an hour before I want to sleep. It doesn't always work, but I have better luck than before. You have to trick your brain a little.

  • my darling always says just lay down, close eyes, and rest. you don't have to sleep to get rid of fatigue. when i can't sleep, i do that instead of sleeping. hehe then i can sleep :D i used to stay up late when i can't sleep but after i learned that, i can sleep anytime i want.

  • @nuorangejapan Ah. Interesting info. I'll be cautious, do my research, and reconsider. Thank you!

  • When I can't sleep, I read to make my eyes tired, then if that doesn't help enough, I listen to music. If you listen to the same song over and over again, you eventually stop paying attention to it and just drift off as it cancels out the rest of the noise in the world. At least, I do :)

  • @nalakitty01 Playing music to cancel out the other noises (mostly in my head) is a good idea which i'll try. Thank you.

But playing the same same over and over? That would probably drive you mad... and make you hate the song!

  • @yamatoami I tend to get addicted to a new song and just put it on repeat lol But happy to help ^_^ Hope it works out.

  • I have heard smelling a bag of potato chips work. But dont eat the chips. Also eating something thats not meat helps.

  • @Keichan2501 Well that's a new one! So i can eat anything that's not meat.... just not the potato chips ;)

  • @yamatoami Usually food has some sort of chemical that makes people sleepy. Usually food containing carb. But meat doesn't have it.

  • happy animation day

  • Try filling your pillow full of bricks. You'll be asleep as soon as you head hits the pillow.

Great video btw. Your animation skills are so amazing I don't know why you're unemployed. It's a travesty wrapped up in a sham inside a disgrace.

  • Eat chili peppers in your food, and exercise during the day to tire yourself. You want quality sleep, not chemical induced stupor.

"To sleep, perchance to dream - ay, there's the rub"

  • @senorfandango Eating chilli peppers will probably keep me awake for other reasons! But i'll put it on my list. Thanks!

  • @yamatoami Well, you certainly wouldn't want to get the sedative effects while taking care of those other reasons!

Here's one you can try next time you are struggling to fall asleep that needs no preparation; your body temperature must fall slightly on order for you to fall asleep so kick off some of your bed covers and cool down.

  • I'm so jealous of your perfect skin. Even though you're not wearing any makeup and you're all groggy from lack of sleep, you still look ~flawless~. What products do you use?

  • @Ciaela Thanks, but it's not as flawless as you think. I'm kinda pleased the front camera on my phone is low quality. It's hiding a lot!

  • @Ciaela Thankfully, the front camera on my phone is low quality, and hides all my spots and open pores.

Secret to good skin = bad video quality!

  • Wow. I still love these videos.

  • Ah, herbal sleeping pills, if taken regularly, can take up to two weeks to experience their full benefits ~

Try meditation for a couple of days - you'll feel more awake in the day, and more ready to sleep at night, I assure (but don't promise) you.

Anyway, good night, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs, as my mother used to say to me and my sister when we were young!

    おやすみなさい ~ ! ^_^

  • Watch a movie lying down...always makes me fall asleep^^

  • <3

  • you're really cute with your hair down!! aahh

    Good luck getting to sleep!

  • At least you can come home and crash the next day, but yeah, insomnia sucks. I know this sounds gross, but porn can work - or something to take you totally out of your head so you can turn off the voices and get some sleep. Reading something dense, like Game of Thrones, also works for me.

  • By the way, alcohol assists unconsciousness but people don't sleep properly afterwards... so that's no good either!

  • You have a sexy voice!!!!!!

  • You said you're lying, but the gravity on the hair make it seem that you're standing.

  • @HypX2 then she's probably sitting up in bed.

  • "How do you sleep at night?"

"I just count to three and I'm asleep."

    "Really? That's enough?"

"Well, sometimes I have to count to half past three."

  • Another fantastic job. The puffy eyes and with the reflection of the camera's light was an excellent touch.

  • These are sooo well made

  • Poor thing. I used to have terrible insomnia too. Well I'm not sure whether any particular remedies work that well, but here's some tips. Don't have any energy drinks at all - ever. Also, coffee lasts for 9 hours - if you did have a lot of cappuccinos this might be why - you could always have decaf since you probably most enjoy the company in Starbucks I guess. Try not to watch television an hour before sleeping, watching screens keeps the brain active. Anyway hope your interview went ok!

  • I can't believe I'm watching this at 4:35am! Why am I up?

I have the same trouble with insomnia. I think the anxiety of knowing I have to hear the alarm keeps me awake, and then I'm too tired when the alarm goes off and I don't hear it.

Anyway, I used to use NyQuil to help me get to sleep. (That's some heavy medication in THAT bottle!)

Then I learned a form of self-hypnosis and muscle relaxation and now, when I need to, I can fall asleep within five minutes.

    It's easy to learn.

  • @kingdomofchrissmith where did you learn? Is there a specific name for it I can google?

  • @sighfun I'll see if I can get some reference material and get back to you. And I'll also give you my routine. And by the way, the self-hypnosis can also be called meditation. It depends on who you ask.

  • @sighfun BTW, I took classes and read books. Here are two webpages that have good information. They are almost exactly what I do. Once you get comfortable with the techniques, it will take less time to do them.

One is on Wikihow. Look up perform self hypnosis

The other is on Helpguide. look up strees relief, meditiation, yoga relaxation

If you google "muscle relaxation techniques" and "self hypnosis techniques" you'll find these pages.

  • when i cant sleep i just get up, grab my textbook and force myself to study

    i doze off in seconds...hahaha

but ive tried switching beds, sleep on the floor, the sofa and my flatmate's bed

    they work, sometimes

my mom tells me that if you cant sleep well or dont have an appetite, its mostly because you lack exercise~

  • Never realized your hair was that long, and I know what you mean... surprised alcohol didn't work. Though with that you can't drink too much or you'll sleep too long lol. Usually allergy medicine like the pink Benadryl (forget the name) also makes you tired, you know because sleeping pills and allergy medicine are pretty much the same thing *A depressant*. Also there's the let's watch something boring technique but I don't know how well that works. Anyways good luck.

  • Lol kind of scary

  • I ment 0:42

  • When i can't sleep i normally just have to lie in bed (all upset that i can't sleep xD) And just face the wall and let my mind wander off (even if i cant stop the thoughts i just have to let them come and try not to focus on them) eventually i fall asleep.. i also try eating a light snack before bed… like yogurt or an apple… sometimes that works too ^ ^

  • Try taking a bit of lavender oil, put a few drops on a tissue or a piece of cloth, and slip it under your pillow cover. It's a type of aromatherapy that'll help induce sleep, especially for women.

  • So goooood.

Man. HOW DO YOU DO THIS.

  • This will sound silly but it helps me with this problem.. Stop looking at the clock. Turn it around, set it on its face or buy a LCD display. Stop reminding yourself you are having the problem every time you wake up. Good night and sleep well.

  • I love how u do these videos. Please show us...lol
