@kengt84 she wasn't cheating obviously you don't get the story its telling. they used to be childhood friends until the girl moved away, then they just stopped been friends, then she comes back but she doesn't tell them that she has cancer. she wanted to come back to see them one last time, or something around that. But she notices that they aren't friends and they keep fighting one another then when they take her to the hospital they found out that she hand cancer.
