im surprised you dont have a lot of viewers. dan berg talked a lot about you so i was hoping you would get more viewers plus the fact that this is high quality lifts
It's really no big deal to me, I mainly put these videos up to see what kind of feedback I can get since I don't really have any kind of of coach or trainer.
Thinking 551-562ish for squats and 363-374ish for bench depending how the next few weeks go. Gotta get moving with my bench. No reason I shouldn't have nailed 345x2 today, just a bad benching day.
Breaking parallel on the squats. I think you are getting more depth than usual! good form. Looks like you might of had that 2nd rep on the bench also. What day is your meet? hopefully you will be breaking some PR's in comp.
Something went goofy with my squat form today, but it was for the better? Seem to be sitting back more which makes hitting depth super easy. My lower back got really strong from all the beltless squats I was doing, so I may as well take advantage of it.

Yeah still a 198er. Within 5 lbs right now.
Had some problems with sumo recently, might be doing conventional at the meet. Just for you lol.
