Good job! I got rid of my scale. I was obsessing over looking at my weight everyday several times a day. I will check it once a month only at the gym. You are on a serious role. That is amazing.

@ImaniNubianess Girl I been there done that. So I started changing up my routine. Sometime I might go over a little just a little. But I try not to eat over that amount. Then I change up my routine. Different cardio everyday, and adding in my strength training. So I do about 1353 calories, or about 1400. I alway try to have a least 500 to 600 hundred calories left over for that day. Make sure you are eating healthy most of the time,and exercising.
