@csportmaria Yes it was bad due to Rebecca Alexander leaving early. You can see the go-marks clearly in this video, and she takes off about two steps before Semoy Hacket hit the marks. Give her credit for immediately knowing that she left early which is why she made the adjustment by slowing down so that Hackett could catch her. Without this hiccup, they would have probably run 42.4.
@jazzcyclist similar to Ngonidzashe Makusha in the male race.. very impressed at how the lead off caught the baton and Makusha slowing down enough to not breach the acceleration zone.
