  • Weenie dogs were made for badger hunting, that dog could kick that badgers trash!

  • @gbpec1 very true i own one and i know they have a nasty temper n strong bite

  • I want a pet badger thats cool.

  • That's just plain bad ass!

  • I thought badgers didn't give a shit?

  • you can tell them two are good buddies lol,I love them both dogs and Badgers, you know we cant hardly be nice too each other is it a wonder we get our kicks from destroying nature. But not for much longer we change or we gonna get a slap from nature and God,then a punch and if we still dont learn we are going to reap what we sow.Shame so much potential and he loves us so much.

  • why would you want to hunt a badger ?you dont eat them???

  • @seanmonaghan1966 Good question.

  • @seanmonaghan1966 YES, WE DO EAT THEM IN THE USA AND UK AND ALSO FOR THE SKIN AND FAIR.

  • the reason that dog isnt dead is because thats an European badger, the ones in north America are a lot scrappier and rather kick ass than ask questions later while the European ones are more sophisticated and prefer to have tea party's with their guests

  • People should know that the dachshund of the past bred to hunt badgers was a much bigger dog than the breed today. They were about 35 lbs and had longer legs; and they were fierce fighters. No one should think that they could go badger hunting with a modern dachshund.

  • my dachshound like the dog in the video killed a badger. these dogs were designed to kill them..

  • @mats3010 LOL, "weiner dogs" were bred to SMELL badgers out allowing their owners to kill it. Dachshounds lack the bite power and mental stamina to take a badger. If you want a dog that has both the tools and the fight to bring it to a badger you have to go with a Jagd Terrier or a Padderdale Terrier. Even the tuff Jack Russel Terrier would be undermatched.

  • @coolhandedike my dog was under the neighbours porch for a hour fighting the badger and came out bloody and half dead, but he still killed the badger. and wired dachshounds are known for having strong bite and beeing crazy enough to go after bigger prey. at least the breeds we have in norway..

  • @mats3010 Maybe your dog found a small badger that was already half dead. Also its clear that ther badger in this video is domesticated, or on drugs. Dachshounds are bred primarily for their ability to smell. Hence the longer muzzle and big floppy ears. Dogs thast are bred to brawl (not smell) have small ears and stought, boxy heads (pitbull). Dogs bred to smell have large ears. This is because large ears are a huge liability when fighting. Modern badger hunters use Terriers.

  • @coolhandedike terrier is in the dachshoud breed though.. it helps that my dachsgound is the biggest badest motherfu.. you seem to have alot of knowledge around dogbreeds and you might be right. we went to the breeder my dog comes from so he could meet his family and all the dogs in his family are vicious killers and actually prefer living outside in a haynest to living inside the house. might not be typical for the breed..

  • @mats3010 im sorry but i call bullshit

  • @ceadomilitis dont have to be sorry:P

  • @coolhandedike i agree

  • badgers are not to be fucked with, that dog got lucky !

  • Badger doen't give a fuck what kind of dog you have badger will maul it

  • this badger goes for the tail, in another video, a honey badger goes for the tail of the fox. what's up with badgers and tails?

  • who the fuck has a pet badger...

  • @wetbackwrangler A smart person. Badgers are way more scary then any guard dog.

Put that shit in your babies room, no one will fucking touch that door lest they be mauled.

  • @TDLBallistic i compleeeeeeaaatly agree, but like any wild animal, you can take them out of the wild, but cant take the wild out of them, just some animals like dogs and more domesticated

  • @wetbackwrangler Of course XD

  • @TDLBallistic Badgers are scary, like the one I met on my bike in Buckystein Vs. Critical Mass Road Rage! Nothing stops a Badger when he is angry. NOTHING!

  • @wetbackwrangler chuck norris

  • "Donhonki" "First ever crown court BANNED uk rap-poet" (2009-2014) #SuperInjunction

  • Heh. Most Americans think that Dachshunds are those little 10 lb dogs with long spines and short legs. 10 lb MINIATURE Dachs might have trouble against a badger. But STANDARD DACHS are 35 lbs of pure muscle. They're strong. Loose skin. VERY little pain perception around the head and neck. And tails bred thick enough so that you can pull them out of a hole by them (they don't like it, but it won't hurt them).

  • @DragonLady1231 Their name literally means "Badger Dog" in German. It's what they do. It's what they love. Three of mine were in the show ring BUT you let them loose in a hunting environment and every instinct returns. My two biggest are like short football players. HUGE chests, very thick legs. Not an ounce of fat anywhere on them.

  • This obviously is a tame Badger, unlike the ones in wild and the video VICIOUS! BADGER ATTACK AT ZOO! (Buckystein # 1). Are they both pets?

  • That's funney a dachshund playing with a badger, considering full sized dachshund where bread to kill badgers!

  • That dog was SO lucky - badgers kill dogs twice as big easily.

  • a grown badger can reach to 8cm claws. they become sharp as any steel commando knife. also, their fangs works like 3000cc motor. with these weapons, they're perfect killer.

  • lol... I did actually laugh out loud at the comments here that say a dachshund could kill a badger. Really people.... a badger would rip any small dog to pieces. And I mean TEAR it to pieces... it would be one-sided and awful to watch.

  • Yeah ha if a badger was figthing with my dog it would be kicked very swiftly lol

  • help the dog? Those dachshunds are a lottttt tougher than you think, they're bred to kill those things.

  • why would you film this instead of trying to help that poor dog?

  • @Mileyroxable white ladies ... always tryna baby animals the damn dog is fine obviously

  • @desmomo1 bred to find them perhaps, but a dachsund would definitely be destroyed by a badger

  • thats pretty cool to see them playing

  • they are just playing with each other chill the dog is only a puppy

  • Good thing it was not a "Honey" Badger, that dog would have been eaten!!

  • @wq1299 it really doesnt matter what type of badger it is, dachshunds were bred specifically to hunt badgers in germany, and there are some good sized badgers in germany.

  • I have never seen a bagder in nature. And this one seems to be a very friendly one.

  • i cant believe that happened, that badger must have been high or something

  • Comment removed

  • Sick bastards, hope they die a slow and painfull death. All "hunters" lol, are cowards, fucking inbred mutants with no social skills or friends.

  • @timberjackist Are you vegan?

  • Risk your dogs life??? Yeah thats really funny.... :(

  • SICKO

  • cute

  • They were just trying to French kiss.

  • There seems to be a lot of misinformed people posting on this video. Do non of you realise badgers can be tamed? This video is clearly of two pets playing, obviously non of you has ever seen a proper dog or badger fight.

Before you all comment just seriously think about what your saying.

  • wow good thing that was a tame badger or that dog would be dead lol

  • @pantone22 I think you have just made your self look a cunt as the badger and dog are both pets, any one with any sence could see that .

  • I am shocked and apalled sir!!!!

  • thats not a badge it wont play wiht animales an its not that color

  • @kiwi0775 Yes it is.

  • @kiwi0775 offit obvs not a badge lol BADGER!!!!!!!!!!!! and thats what colour badgers are n its a pet being tamed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is european badger, american and african are different.

Hunters use them to train dogs. Sometimes they kill badger...

  • that badger wld have torn that dog to shreds...... my red healer was killed by one :(

  • very cute!

  • oh i cant wait to blow there small brains on the ground when i get my gun soon. little basturds

  • That badger should have fucked up that dog then the idiot that was filming that close to a live fuckin badger.

  • Badger + Dog = Friends. Come on there both pets!

  • Badger my ass

  • @GILLISLEGAL Unless your severely sight impaired that is a badger.

  • @TheSDingus Guess u didn't see that episode of the Simpsons...

  • actually those little dashhunds use 2 be used 2 hunt badgers

  • tame badger, probably hand fed from birth or from vhen it was very little. in sweden we have people who keep badgers for dog training

  • the badger is obviously domesticated couz that dog would of been ripped the fuck up

  • That bagger and dog clearly know each other. The dog was playing and the fact that it lived means the bagger was to lol.

  • Did your dog and the badger int he video grew up together? Because that's the only reason I've got as to why the badger hasn't killed your dog.

  • Holy crap that dog should be dead. Badgers are probably size proportionally the most dangerous animals on earth if you only take into account fang and claws, no venom.

  • @mamaluigitoyou I thought that was the Tasmanian Devil

  • @Piatasify tasmanian devils are nothing compared to badgers, they have agile bodies and claws specifically made for tearing and ripping. Tasmanian devils do have a nasty bite though and can cause infection much like venom with their saliva. But no badgers are definitely a dangerous animal. Imagine a bear sized badger. Deforestation would be unheard of I can assure you that.

  • @mamaluigitoyou Think 'nothing' ,ight be a slight overstatement ;) Either way, I thought they (Tasmanian Devlids) might be because their biting force is supposed to be the greates of mammals per pound of body weight.

On another note, imagine bearsized termites! It would be teh horribles!

  • @Piatasify i live in Tasmania and those devils can actually crush a human leg just by biting it and are carnivores so it would like it too .. but they are mostly scavengers and all the noises they make is mostly just that its all noise, but it raises the hair on the back of your neck, and if backed into a corner the badger would have no chance in hell of stopping it. the devil is smaller , faster and would only need ONE bite to kill it if it grabbed its head.

  • @mamaluigitoyou If it was a HONEY badger, this dog would be ripped.

  • @GuyBorus lol then all end up in jail like micheal vick XD

  • @mamaluigitoyou wolverines would smack badgers aroudnd though

  • Comment removed

  • @legendkilla023 I dunno about that, they're both pretty dangerous I'm sure. We should put em together and see who wins the fight :).

  • Badger not as dangerous as wolverine, video of wolverine chasing bear on youtube

  • @psychomrw thats not danger thats fearlessness

  • @mamaluigitoyou dachshunds were bred to take down badgers ;)

  • @mamaluigitoyou well dachshund stands for badger dog... raised to hunt badgers and kill them so the dachshund would win that fight

  • @davidhill63088 only because the hunters broke the badgers back first

  • @mamaluigitoyou dachshunds were specifically bred to hunt badgers in germany hundreds of years ago. look it up anywhere if you don't believe me.

  • @mamaluigitoyou ya they are but right behind the wolverine

  • @mamaluigitoyou most dangerous animals on earth? have u been sniffing paint? bears, tigers, lions, kangaroos, angry bulls, angry horses, boa constricters, hippos could all beat a badgers ass maybe the most dangerous animal in england but thats nt saying much

  • @singingsisters888 Stfu, I said for their size. Badgers are very dangerous, mostly because they're fearless.

  • @mamaluigitoyou well then stipulate that and dont just b all "except 4 poison" and obviously u have not seen an irate wombat my friend

  • @singingsisters888 I did you fucking asshole. I said for their size they're ruthless and deadly.

  • @mamaluigitoyou calm yourself

  • @singingsisters888 most dangerous animal on the planet is humans, probably followede by mosqiutos but for the size of it mozzy wins hands down.

  • @seanmonaghan1966 agreed

  • @mamaluigitoyou and not counting border terriers, only dog known to solo badgers easily

  • Kailahs Fashion Show ~ If you don't love animals you probably shouldn't watch this!

  • nahhh if they where trying to hunt with tht thts just some pussy tbh i shoot and kill not set a dog on em and let them suffer for ages now thts not a proper hunting

  • That Badger's your family pet too, that's why your pooch didn't get it's ass kicked.

  • Either the badger wasn't hungry( highly unusul) .. or it enjoyed the dog tickling him/her ... definitely habituated

  • the badger is like man screw this

  • this looks like more racoon or fat skank than badger

  • @ytertyu must be because you dont know what a badger looks like....

  • @pewpewetc yeah , you must know better coz you watched more badger vids than me on tube , stupid cocksucker

  • @ytertyu actually i know better because i know what a fucking badger looks like you total moron stop embarrassing yourself...you fuckwit ,get a clue and dont get buthurt because someone points out that you dont have a fucking clue what your talking about .

  • @pewpewetc did you catch a badger humping your mama's smelly cunt ?? how do you know how badger looks like , u little punk ?

  • @ytertyu I already explained how I know but you are obviously too cretinous to understand therefore me explaining it again would be pointless....please remove yourself from the genepool.

  • tht's gotta be a pet badger, which would be the shit.

  • haha it just looks funny !!!great vid

  • The Dog and the badger are best buddies thats why it didnt make him into a pile of crap. ^_^

  • wow the badgers is fat :D

  • what is it with you people u sick fucks

  • Yea, dont play around with badgers, they'll tear you to shreds. My heart stopped when I saw that little terrier playin with the badger, but then i saw the guys foot.

  • badgers beast at everything. apart from crossing roads XD

  • Just as BHHerper said, normal badgers are extremly though. But the Honey badger is even worse xD

  • r all badgers as badass as the honeybee badger?

badgers remind me of the zohan.

Badger to the dog in this vid: "why u do this? i feel no pain."

and then the honybee badgers to bees too

  • I know of somone who's two pitbull cross saw a badger, chased after it and caught it. One of the pitbull was killed, the other was fighting for it's life after.

  • @loppor depends who breeds them, because its a pitbull doesnt mean its actually any good.Little terriers can kill badgers and some bigger dogs could struggle lol.

  • @sc4rzpur3 Terriers can not kill badgers, badgers will sometimes die when being dug with terriers but not because a terrier physically kills them, trust me mate i know, personally i think its better to trap or dig them with terriers and move them to where they arent a problem than gas/shoot them,i quite like badgers.

  • @odep954 Terriers can kill badgers.Rarely.But if you get a very good patterdale or Jagdterrier then they can.12lb lightweight called rocky whent to ground, killed, then pulled out a 36lb badger.I like badgers too, only ever seen a dead one though lol.

Badgers are probly the most vicious wild animal we have in Britain haha :P.

  • @sc4rzpur3 whoever told you the 12lb terrier killed a badger is lying, its impossible for a terrier to kill a healthy one, especially a 36lb badger, the badger could have died while being dug but the dog will not have killed it,having had terriers all my life [im old enough to be your grandad] and doing more than my share of digging i think i know what im talking about,it was legal when i started, and i only ever relocted them, never harmed one.

  • @odep954 ... Jagd terriers hunt bears...I think it can handle a fucking badger.

  • @odep954 my nuttal is 28lbs.. he is not fat or overweight.im sure he could take a badger.

  • @sc4rzpur3 Jagds dont kill bears though do they, friends in Europe hunt with jagds,no brains and often die while working, they nip in and out and dont mix with the big stuff.

Your Nuttall couldnt kill a badger[maybe a youngster] i wouldnt put money on a pure staffy[which your dog is full of] killing one,and 28lbs? hardly a digging terrier then is it.

  • @odep954 Its a nuttall...how is he pure staffy.Do your research.

  • @sc4rzpur3 Listen carefully son,"which your dog is full of" meaning Brians dogs are pretty heavily saturated with staffy blood, not that he is a pure staffy.

Brian used several types of terrier to create his dogs, black fells[ Bray/Buck]supposedly black davey, and added staffy blood to come up with his typical smooth type,Brian claims to have started with dogs his grandfather bred but i think thats bollocks personally, theyre fukin crap anyway having seen them work,no brains and burn out quickly.

  • @odep954 pfft.. go to thehuntinglife and tell them that. You will get a stick up ur ass.

    You dont know anybody.Nice google.

  • @sc4rzpur3 lmao,i am a member of THL,and i googled nothing mate.

I doubt me going on THL and saying Nuttalls dogs were full of bull genes would cause much interest or controvasy, why dont you go on and tell everybody about your mates 12lb terrier that killed a 36lb badger, see what happens, you'll get laughed off son.

  • @sc4rzpur3 ive replied to this once seems to have dissapeared?

I know more about terriers than you are ever likely to,been there done it,i dont need to do the reasearch,i know all about brians dogs, theyre full of staffy genes, hes a mate of a mate.

  • @sc4rzpur3 Fella I'll sum up all the comments that these other guys have been saying. YOUR TALKING ABSOLUTE BOLLOCKS! No fucking way one terrier could take downa badger that size. I've seen what damage a big badger will do to a dog. I used to hunt wih dogs when I was a kid and took 3 wee terriers out with luchers that my mateshad. Just wanted a dander round the fields. Made the mistake of opening the den a bit for the dogs to go down. I was luck to be able to take one of them home alive.

  • gud 2 see . lots of wankers still course badgers and its fucked as badgers aint verming. im all for ratting, rabbiting but badger baiting aint right. its like a group of people going too some1s house who aint up too shit and setting aload of hounds on um...... anyway nice vid

    borzsarkany gud stuff

  • were was the lurchers on tat ha

  • that pussy dog should have been eaten by that badger

  • ehh

  • they do guys i hunt with em theyre bread for it

  • my dachunds kill badgers

  • wow badger and dog are good pets,,,

    great

  • ps the dog and badger in this clip are playing, bith pets i would think, badgers are easy to tame a mate had one for years, used to play with his dogs just like this one.

  • Certain types of dogs, mostly terriers were bred to track, hunt and kill other animals. The Dachshund was bred with a low slung body so it could get into badger holes and take down a badger.

Terriers do the trick because they're stubborn and fearless. I could believe a Dachshund trained to kill a badger could indeed kill a badger.

  • wannabedesi

Havent done much badger digging have you mate, lol

No dachs can kill a badger, its not their job.

  • @odep954

Dachs is 'Badger' in German... The Dachshund (Badger Hound) was bread to get into the sette and flush them out. Hence their massively powerful front paws, short legs, low body.

  • @man0in0a0funny0hat

Thanks for the lesson mate,im an ex terrierman,oh and i lived in Germany for a good while.

  • if you fools pick what breed of dog would win then pick what badger too.... its obvious who would win

  • I dont get it. Are they playing?

  • uh yeah.

  • woww you think a dog could beat it woooww . even if the badger was wounded the dog still wouldnt have a chance, badgers can kill venemous cobras... soo . LMAO @ you ...

  • very cute.

  • a bull dog would do the job

  • Dachshund means Badger dog, they are bred to kill and will, wiener dogs rule!

  • Bloodthirsty lot arn't you!?

  • No one dog could take a fully grown English badger. Maybe a staff bull terrier would have half a chance, but not a small terrier type. Badger has got four very powerful legs full of claws. Think i'd bet on the Badger.

  • i agree but there could be a chance if you bred a airedale terrier with a pitbull terrier its would be much bigger and more vicious than any other terrier and a badger wouldnt be much of a fight against it

  • or if you were to put a dogo argentino against a badger the dogo would win their

bigger and more heavily muscled than the terrier

  • i dont recommend putting a dogo against a badger because the fight would be quick

dogos are usually used to hunt boars and cougars

  • stop talking like you know a damn thing your on about you sap

  • @uponmysoapbox1 with all due respect sir suckk my dickk

  • @tinygangster66 sorry sweetheart, i dont swing that way you nonce

  • Believe it or not, we found a stray alsation, rehomed her and cared for her... I walked her home one evening and then she shot off, I saw a badger running, and then I heard the most awful snarling etc. I thought she was going to be badly injured, but I followed and found a dead badger. She never chased cats/birds/rabbits etc but she went after this badger. It was big, and still scary even dead! Luck must have been on her side, because I agree that badgers should win the fight against one dog...

  • you have obviously no idea a lurcher or a deerhound will kil a badger and a paterdale terrier wil

  • They're animals, not pokemon. :C

    Stop arguing.

  • BIG difference between badgers. US badger is a larger, much more aggressive animal. Very few single dogs could take on a US badger and win.

  • English badgers are hard as fuck.

  • ....honey badger...all i have to say

  • Either of you guys have money you want bet on that?? If so let me know, you come here, I will prove my dogs will take a badger. They have the scars to prove it.

  • @coyotekiller81

You do realize there are species of badgers that can kill lions right?

  • shit man i have scars that prove a dog will take a badger

  • Nah mate. The badger would win all the way.

  • You think they are so tuff and that a terrier can not kill a badger??? Why not look up the Jagd Terrier on youtube and see what they are like. I am proud to own 2 of them. Badger killers for sure.

  • sorry mate, I know of a staff that went down a badger hole, it got back out but without a nose, them terriers would be killed, dont risk it

  • jagd terrier is a gay little dog

  • are you kidding me

you're lucky that badger didn't tear that dog to pieces

    badgers are cool...

  • @Ironzealot7531 if anythin it was the dog that the badger shud of been scared off
