  • Was Ron 19 then? :) Awesome as always!

  • Only 2 Words---- Verry good. Temerament and Feeling for Harmonika. Greetings from Bavaria Germany. Please moore. Thanks. Paul.

  • Čudovito Katy , kar tako naprej !

  • That was awesome!

  • This is music they play in Wesele, Wedding party!! good music Polish style!

  • Yournutz- I was told by a "Slovenian" that the Spanish enslaved some captured Slovenians and they influenced the Mexican accordion music - an old Slov or such might be able to clarify it. His remark was in regards to my liking both the Mexican and Pole music. Wish I could recall more of his remarks but age does not help. Love this music tho and I am a "Hoosier" never exposed prior to befriending a Pole friend. Regards- houdeany

  • BEAUTIFUL, melodic, amazing

  • The reason Mexicans might like this is because they enjoy the way the button box is played by Slovenian accordionists, that's why. So if it's familiar to our neighbors to the South of us then they have studied how to play their accordions from us Slovenes. And there are Mexican groups who love Croatian music and vice versa. It's a wonderful thing that countries can share each other's music and blend it into their own culture.

  • 10 stars in my book

  • Nice! Great instruments!

  • Kathy and Ronnie were members of Ken Zalar & The Captain,s Crew Band and are on the cd A Whole Life Long

    Groetjes, Geert

  • Nice to hear a polka played at this tempo, the modern polka bands are going to that push, pull drag style--this is the way a true polka should be played.

  • A very "happy" sound.

  • Excellent!!! Great entertainment, Thank you.

  • very nice to listen to

  • jessielubber 12, I don't know where (yall) live, but you should relocate to Burbank, Ohio, as their town idiot passed away last week and they are looking for a replacement!!!!

  • Maybe you should consider the job as you seem like a likely candidate since you have no appreciation for anything other people may like. I imagine the 12 in your name is your age, so we could probably forgive your ignorance.

  • Hi Joe, either you are confused or I am. I was replying to jessielover12, that said they sounded like they belong to a circus. I met Ron a couple of months ago at a party put on by Eddie & Kim Rodick and think he is a Great player and a fun guy to be around. I have yet to meet Kathy, but I hope that I get the chance some day. I know and play with many of the players in this area, (Barberton- Clev. and love em all. They are fun people and great to be around. I hope this straightens things out.

  • I apologise for the confusion. I was directing my remarks to jessielover12, not to you inthecracks. Ron is a great guy I agree and a good friend as well. He played at our recent Polka Times Picnic and did a fabulas job. I hope to meet you somewhere along the way

  • Ron & Kathy do have a CD available.

  • @joegodina I want to buy a CD of Kathy Hlad and Ron Likovic especially playing the Polka Town Polka, Trumpet Echo polka etc. I have listened to the Polka Town Polka Video about fifty times now and just can`t get enough of them. Best Polka ever for me.

  • are there cd or dvd from this band ? great work groeten uit holland een polkafan

  • I don't like working with a banjo. In my opinion they add nothing to a polka band except their sound which sounds like, yugga dugga, yugga dugga.

  • One great thing: No Banjo.

  • Gee...what do you have against the banjo? In this tune? Any polka? or banjos in general? Jerry Krahn, plectrum banjo; Meisner(s), Gralak and quite a few others.

  • Great music, you tube makes the world a lot more enjoyabe.

  • Joe, this is another good one. This was tremendous and and l enjoyed it very much. The two people play the accordian real well.
