Because your time bar is shared for the whole episode (5 levels) so depending on what time you had when you finished the previous levels will depend on your time in the next level.

actually if you happen to beat the whole game level 59-5 is the hardest and most annoying level it's called robot heaven

I don't get it, the levels before this one were easy...but, when i got to this one...

it took me like somewhere around 15 tries to finish it.

But, even thou it took me that long. I did feel like a badass from dodging all those missles. :D

i CANNOT bounce back on the right wall. whenever i try to wall jump i launch myself into the rockets. the beginning and end are easy as pie, but i just cant jump above the rockets!

Don't feel bad, dependig on when you trigger the rocket launches there will be the scenarios that you can not safely get out of that jump. Unfortunately, you're not likely to see that scenario until it's too late.... I know this is not an 'AHA', but you just really need to keep at it until the rocket locations on your side.

Favorite genre would be RPGs, Oblivion being hands down my favorite next gen title. But, I am equal opportunity of any 'quality' game.
