missing the mini stream and the rolls

@exp8all Really? Dammit... my stepmania is messed up. To get proper syncing, I can only do the sync in stepmania 3.9. My stepmania 4.0 crashes when I use edit mode. OpenITG is offsync when I convert to R21. lol I'll try to fix this later on.
