  • With my black hair, my blushes do generally need to be blue-based pinks & reds, sometimes lavender or pale plum, but when I put on a peach, I end up adding pink or red on top of it. If I had my hair red, I could almost get away with a peach, but still feel more comfortable layering a pink over it.

  • Welcome back! I had found your videos & subbed last year, but YT keeps randomly stopping my sub notices for random channels, so I never saw that you had new videos, & just found them through a GS complaints search. @_@

You're lucky you can find a drugstore match for foundation or powder at all! It's like over the last decade, every DS company has added dark yellow or orange pigments to their "translucent" powders so that they make me look jaundiced, or like I made a bad attempt at fake tan. <:-(

  • I use that nail polish remover too for the same reason haha!! Also it makes my nails feel smoother than when I use my 49p one :p. I've used another GOSH foundation which comes with a pump and that was really pale too. I would never have thought to go them for a good match and was really impressed! Will definitely keep the one you mentioned in mind :) xo

  • @girlwiththearabstrap doesn't it smell just lovely! I've swatched the ones in pumps and the lightest is too dark and yellow for me :( Unless my superdrug just doesn't have all the shades.

  • @SamanthasAccount Nyx Pale is actually good for me because i'm so pink but i don't like the formula as much as the GOSH one. The GOSH isn't really yellow toned, it's a really good balance that leans slightly towards pink :)

  • Thanks for the info on the Gosh foundation! I currently use the NYX one in "Pale" because its the only I've found light enough, but it doesn't have enough coverage for me and is too pink. The GOSH ones seems like it would get rid of both of these issues.

  • I have similar skin: pale with very pink undertones. I like the Illamasqua Light Liquid Foundation. I've never found a better colour match.

So lovely to see more of your videos x

  • @italysimoneclaire I can't get a match in Illamasqua :( 120 is too dark and too yellow and 115 is just the tiniest bit too pale! If i mixed them it would probably be perfect but too pricey! And thank you :)

  • Woo another pale here! :) x

  • @idoknowyouknow one of us one of us! >:D

  • @LillianFunnyFace Gooba Gabba, One of Us! LOL <;-) I used to have Todd Browning's "Freaks" on a VHS tape. People with certain forms of my genetic collagen disorder used to work in side-shows as "Rubber Skin" people & contortionists.

  • Aaaahhhh you did a shout out to my blog, haha! Thanks doll :) Your "I haven't washed my hair" look is so nice, lol, my hair looks absolutely awful if I'm at that phase =P . I really want to try one of the Model's Own lip pots or the Sleek ones, hmmm. Will add that to my wishlist for when I visit!

  • @guitarsoloist07 The Sleek ones are good too but I don't find them actually moisturising like the Models Own ones also I HATE the taste, though other people don't care. My hair goes super greasy and lank at the top but not at the bottom, so if I cover the top it looks fine :P And you're welcome! <3

  • i wish we were friends!

  • Yay! You're as pale as me!

  • @GossamerWaits Ha ha pale people unite! :D
