Look I feel bad for this guy but he has a lot of blocks, pauses, repetitions, how can he talk about having lots of confidence that will last him thru out the year? How can he talk about the supportive atmosphere when it has not resulted in real fluency? What will he sound like if he gives a talk elsewhere? Life changing? If this is the best that NSA can do what value is it? But if it makes them feel better then more power to them but NSA should be ashamed of itself. Is the money good at NSA?
