carbs are sugar, a carb only deit leads to weight loss, but combine carbs and fat and you get = fat.
because carbs store fat, i.e eat bread and bagels all day and loose weight, but put butter on each one and turn into a sumo, trust me dude i live on carbs, i used to be huge , now i am slim, i cook bagels everyday. there yummy and as long as i dont add fats i know il stay slim.

I have never enjoyed New York style bagels and how salty they are. Montreal bagels are sooo much better, boiled with sugar or maple syrup. Delicious!
