This food looks delicious. I would love to have both for room mates if they would agree to fix dishes such as this. I have been eating differently for the past year and a half, since my diagnosis of breast cancer. One that helps my body maintain an alkaline environment. It is challenging, but worth it in the long run. Keep up the good work. Please make some more videos with healthy recipes.

Why I would want to take hours (? how many) to wait for these crust to dry over going to the store and just grabbing something.
