Yeah. Anyone can just slow it down at the end by pressing pause/play/pause/etc. Stark is just walking by and the guy dives like an Italian soccer player. I have to say that IMHO Stark's questions are irrelevant. Allen should just man up and confront him and tell him off. Go Webb!!

Thanks for letting me watch that. As a police officer I just wanted to see a good reason why I should believe Mike Stark about the incident. Now this police officer is going to recommend him he should file charges against the Sheriff's Department involved.
