With the exception of some of the camera work, that was very well done. The colors in the film looked absolutely beautiful and professional as well.

It was shot in 5 mins, hence the crappy camera work!! Just wanted footage to play around with in After Effects.

how do you do that?

I used a still frame of the background with some motion tracking data and used it to mask out the head. The blood was added in after.
