I think you only get chip damage from specials maybe not from normal attacks? I might be wrong

you do only take chip damage from special attacks, and i suppose justin wong was playing like that in round two cuase he was trying not to get baited into a raging demon. but damn all he needed to do was tap the akuma player to win lol
