@axula123 That was the "Spot Healing Brush". It's in a group with the Healing Brush, Patch Tool and Red Eye Tool; the icon is a band-aid with a circle. And it's the wrong tool in CS5 for this job, since making a selection and doing a deletion using content-aware fill would have been faster and more accurate. (In CS versions below CS5, cloning followed by healing would have been the way to go.)
