@Irish614 thats probably because you play scrubs that do quick game. You have to join the lobby's to find the good players that won't quit on you. My account was Jacks Tacos for MLB The Show 09 and I was ranked 249 overall online and I never had issues with quitters because I only played the pros that never quit games.

the online game play for me is absolutely horrid. I have yet been able to complete a full game due to the dropped games. This is the only game I have an issue with playing online, all my others work beautifully.

i hate it when ppl quit and i dnt get the win and i hate when the gameplay is slow it really does suck something awful

Online play win loss records on the show sucks ass. Peple can just quit if there getting beat and it wont give u a win. I have won about 10 games and my record is 0-2 cuz ppl quit everytime im winning. DIE FAGS.

That's the good and bad thing about online sports/baseball games.

Both of the players are not CPU player quality.

So the actual players playing in online can swing REALLY bad or pitch right down the middle of the plate. People who really play alot of online play will learn to have the discipline.

While CPU players actually lay off a pitch away from the plate and pitch in the outside/inside corner.
