I have the biggest nostalgia for the 1980's. I was a kid in the 80's and played Nintendo video games. It was the coolest, most fun thing ever..every kid in my neighborhood wanted it (even though it was a lower-income area). I was so happy on Christmas 1986 when I got it with the free Duck Hunt game and zapper gun. During 1986, 1987, 1988 & 1989 I played hundreds of video games. I miss the 80's..I had so much fun

It's not a speed run. It's more of a complete run with effective playing. There's no perfection in this. :)

Again HalDanGhor, a very impressive playthrough. I am particulary amazed of how you manage to keep up that great speed, spite the fact that the obstacles increase when the game becomes more difficult. Amazing, simply amazing!

It's the real game. But, yes, it's true, the backgrounds are different, but that's the only difference. The rest is all like the original game. The version I got for this run has edited graphics I guess. ^^

how come every time someone sees a video that has something they them self cant do always say it is a cheat?

Surely because they consider themselves as gods, and cannot accept to see better players than them play those games. Anyway, I got tons of people telling me I cheated, and blah blah, but something was the same everytime, they never were able to give good arguments to help their cause. Why? Simple! It's always hard to fight against the truth. The only thing I did that could be considered as cheating was to the "Save State" command between my vids, so I could try them a few times before recording.

I find the graphical changes slightly fitting. More happy clouds/bushes, trees, the platforms that move, etcetra. Were these done by you, or a patch you applied from elsewhere?

No, the time goes as fast as this in the original game. The only difference here are some graphics. The difficulty level is the very same! ;)
