The training footage came from different fluff/news pieces, most are uploaded on youtube - I didn't use any Olympic footage, though there is some trials stuff in there. You can also try gym video forums.

Normally I use Pinnacle video editor that saves in mpeg in higher quality (higher kbp/s) but for this one I had to use Windows Movie Maker, saved on a higher setting - the bigger the file, the higher the quality, usually.
